The monthly payment contract has a duration of 12 months with automatic renewal. We expect our customers to maintain the service for at least 12 months, although in case of dissatisfaction, we are open to reaching an agreement to terminate the contract early.
For annual payments, contracts run for 12 months and we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is not satisfied during this period, they can end the contract and receive a refund for the remaining months. However, there will be a penalty for the annual purchase discount that has been applied.
Yes, it is possible to cancel the service contract before the end of the agreed term, although it will depend on the specific conditions established in the contract.
