At Dijit, you can change your service plan at any time during the contract, by requesting the change to our support team. You can upgrade or downgrade based on your needs and our team will be happy to help you choose the best plan for your business needs. 

In Dijit, the payment of the monthly or annual service is made by automatic collection through credit card or SEPA direct debit. This system guarantees punctual and secure payment, and allows our clients to focus on their business without worrying about payment management.

Yes, in our hospitality plans users can be added so that they can benefit from our OCR software.

The monthly payment contract has a duration of 12 months with automatic renewal. We expect our customers to maintain the service for at least 12 months, although in case of dissatisfaction, we are open to reaching an agreement to terminate the contract early.

For annual payments, contracts run for 12 months and we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is not satisfied during this period, they can end the contract and receive a refund for the remaining months. However, there will be a penalty for the annual purchase discount that has been applied.

Yes, it is possible to cancel the service contract before the end of the agreed term, although it will depend on the specific conditions established in the contract. In some cases, there may be a penalty clause or early termination fee, while in other cases, flexible cancellation terms can be negotiated.
