Help inside the app
All the help in the application now goes through one place: the Dijit IA, a chat that answers questions about how things work, looks up your own figures and, when it has to, drafts the issue and sends it to support with you watching. There are no forms to fill in any more.
Three things, one chat
| What you need | How the assistant answers |
|---|---|
| A question about use: "how do I consolidate an invoice with its delivery notes?" | It explains the process and links the page of this documentation that sets it out in full. |
| A problem: something not behaving as it should | It asks for whatever is missing, drafts the ticket and sends it to support once you confirm. |
| A question about your data: "how are my purchases going this month?" | It answers with your own company's figures, as text, lists or tables. |
The assistant is in beta and available to every user on every plan. It is labelled Dijit IA (Beta) in the top bar and under the Help menu.
The assistant and this documentation
Both say the same thing, and each has its moment. The assistant is for asking mid-task, without leaving the screen you are on; this documentation is for reading a feature end to end, with all its cases, before or after. The assistant links to these pages whenever the long answer lives here.
