Documentation/Account and plan
Account and plan
This section covers running the account: your company details, the plan you are on and how much of it you have used, users and what each of them may do, handling several companies, and the display settings.
How an account is put together
A Dijit.app account has four layers:
| Layer | What it is |
|---|---|
| Company | The holder of the plan. It has a tax registration number, a company code and an organisation reference. |
| Plan | Monthly processing volume, number of users and which features are switched on. It is taken out per company. |
| Users | The people with access, each with a role that sets what they can do and see. |
| Workspaces | Working spaces. An accountancy practice has one per client. |
In a group, the plan and the allowance belong to the parent company and the companies under it draw on that shared allowance.
Where to find all this
Everything in this section sits in the Account block of the menu. The parts to do with the plan, the users and the billing are visible only to the administrator.
