Subscription invoices

The invoices for the service are reached from the application itself, through My invoices in the Account block. That opens the billing portal, where the subscription charges and the payment details sit.

Getting there

My invoices is in the Account block of the menu. Choose it and the application says it is opening the billing portal and hands you over. Billing for the service is run by the payment provider, so the charges are shown in its portal rather than on a screen of our own.

The same place is reachable from the plan screen, through Manage billing / payment method.

What you can do there

In the portal you can:

Dijit.app does not hold your card details.

Who can open it

Who you areAccess
Administrator of a company with its own planYes
Administrator of a company inside a groupNo. The option is not shown: billing belongs to the parent company.

Error messages

MessageWhyWhat to do
The billing portal could not be opened A temporary failure setting up the session with the payment provider. Try again. Your subscription is not affected.
Billing not available, contact support The account has no billing customer attached to it. Support has to sort this out; it cannot be fixed from the application.

Not the invoices you process

Do not confuse these with the invoice lists in the application. The lists in the Documents block hold the supplier and client invoices that Dijit.app processes for you. Subscription invoices are the ones Dijit.app raises for your use of the service, and they live in the billing portal.
