Preferences: language, time zone and theme

Three display settings, all on the top bar. None of them changes your data; they only change how it appears on screen.

Interface language

The application comes in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. The selector is on the top bar and the change is instant, with no reload.

It translates the interface: menus, field labels, buttons and messages. It does not translate what is on your documents, nor anything your people have typed in: an item description or a supplier's name is shown exactly as it stands.

Time zone

This sets the time zone every date and time in the application is shown in: when something was uploaded, processed or sent.

The default is Europe/Madrid. It follows summer time, so the time you see is the one actually in force at that point in the year.

The setting lives on the device. It is kept in the browser you are using and does not follow you to another machine. Somebody working from two computers has to set it on both.

This is the setting to check when the times on screen are not the ones you expect: the difference comes from the zone you have chosen, not from anything wrong with the document.

Light and dark theme

The theme selector switches between the light and the dark look. It changes appearance only and affects nothing else.
