Plan and usage

Account › My plan

The My plan screen shows the plan you are on, what you have used this period and what is left of the allowance, and it is where you change plan or deal with billing. Only the administrator can open it.

The figures on the screen

FigureWhat it means
Current planWhat you have subscribed to and the allowance that comes with it.
Used this periodWhat everyone in the company has processed during the current period.
AvailableWhat is left. The system works this out; do not try to get it by taking the usage off the plan limit, because it also takes any extra allowance into account.
ExtraAllowance bought separately from the plan. It is added to what is available and used up alongside it.
Renews onWhen the next period starts.

What counts as one unit

It depends on the account type chosen at sign-up:

Account typeUnitFor example
BusinessA page processedA four-page invoice uses four units.
Accountancy practiceAn invoice processedA four-page invoice uses one unit.

Deleting a document does not give the unit back. Once it has been processed, the allowance has gone, whether you delete it afterwards or not.

When you hit the limit

With the allowance spent, the application stops processing new documents and, as you upload, shows the message "Limit reached, contact soporte@dijit.app".

Documents already in the system keep their status and you can still use the application: what stops is processing new documents, not looking at the ones you have. Capacity comes back when the period renews, or as soon as you move up a plan.

Renewal

The allowance resets on each monthly renewal. Anything you have not used does not roll over to the following month.

Group accounts

When the company belongs to a group, the plan is run by the parent company and the allowance is shared. The screen says so plainly and names the parent where it knows it.

Inside a subsidiary:

Managing billing

Manage billing / payment method opens the Stripe billing portal, where the payment details are viewed and changed.

If the portal will not open, the screen tells you, and your subscription is left as it was.

Accounts on a free trial

During a trial the screen carries a notice with Activate now, which moves you onto the paid plan there and then, and the option to cancel the trial.

Activating early charges for the plan you chose and opens up the full allowance immediately. The terms of the trial are set out in Free trial for businesses and Free trial for accountancy practices.

When the usage figure is missing

If the usage figure cannot be fetched, the screen says so outright. Do not read that as zero usage, and do not read it as a spent allowance: the number is temporarily unavailable, nothing more.
