We speak A3's language
We don't export "just any Excel": we generate the file A3 expects.
A3ASESOR | ECO/CON imports accounting through its incoming accounting link, a file with a very specific format defined by Wolters Kluwer: SUENLACE.DAT. Each entry, each taxable base, each VAT amount and each subaccount must be exactly where it belongs, or the program rejects the import.
Dijit generates that file respecting Wolters Kluwer's official specification to the millimeter. No manual conversions or intermediate templates: you download the file from Dijit and load it into A3 from Utilities / Import-Export / Accounting Link. The entries appear posted, with their accounts created if they did not exist, VAT broken down and amounts balanced.
That fidelity to the format is what turns an integration into something you can trust: what comes out of Dijit goes into A3 the first time.
Purchases and sales, each in its place
One clean flow for the received invoices book and another for the issued invoices book.
Purchase and expense invoices
Entry with the supplier subaccount, the expense, input VAT and, when applicable, personal income tax withholding. Everything classified by operation type: domestic, intra-community, imports, reverse charge or exempt operations.
Sales invoices
Entry with the customer subaccount, the income and output VAT. Dijit identifies the operation type—intra-community supplies, exports, exempt operations—and carries it over to the entry so the tax information reaches A3 correctly classified.

Review before uploading
Check the entries with the convenience of a spreadsheet.
Before importing anything, Dijit lets you download a review Excel with exactly the same information as the official file, but in a comfortable-to-read format: a clear view of each entry, with its accounts, bases, amounts and totals.
That way you can do a final check calmly, catch any adjustment and only then generate the SUENLACE.DAT file to load into A3. The Excel is for reviewing; the official file is for posting.
