What is included

Dijit features included in all three plans

The same as the Entry tier of the business pricing, with 1 user.

Your expense invoices, read for you

From PDFs or photos, with specialised OCR and generative AI: 99% accuracy on good-quality PDFs or images and under 3 seconds a page. Receipts come in too: they are simplified invoices.

VAT and withholding tax broken down

VAT broken down by rate and any withholding tax, each with its percentage and amount. Dijit spots duplicates, credit notes and corrective invoices.

Upload by phone, email or folder

Upload invoices from the web or your phone, or let them arrive on their own: 1 mailbox and 1 Dropbox or Drive folder connected.

Out to your software or your accountant

One accounting export for your software, plus the standard Excel files of invoices and expenses to send to your accountant.

Every purchasing feature

Delivery notes matched against the invoice, price alerts, agreed supplier prices, purchase orders by email and WhatsApp, and projects and cost centres.

Dijit AI and human support

Dijit AI, your company's assistant, answers your questions and replies with your own business figures. If it cannot solve something, it goes to a member of the team with SLA2: 48 working hours.

Dijit handles the step before bookkeeping, not the bookkeeping itself: it reads your invoices and gets the data ready. Your accounting software or your accountant takes it from there.

Frequently asked questions about pricing for sole traders

Price, credits, support and changing plan.

How much does Dijit cost for a sole trader?

Between £20 and £60 a month, excluding VAT. Plan 50 costs £20 a month for 50 credits; Plan 100, £40 for 100 credits; and Plan 200, £60 for 200 credits. All three include 1 user and have no minimum term.

What is a credit?

One credit is one page. A one-page invoice uses one credit. Before a document is processed you choose which pages to upload, so a long PDF only uses the credits you want it to.

What is the difference between the three plans?

Only the volume. All three have the same features, 1 user, Dijit AI and human support with SLA2. What changes is the number of credits a month: 50, 100 or 200.

Does Dijit do my bookkeeping?

No. Dijit handles the step before: it reads your expense invoices, breaks down the VAT and any withholding tax, and gets the data ready. You then take it into your accounting software with the accounting export, or send it to your accountant in Excel.

What is Dijit AI?

It is Dijit's assistant, a chat inside the app. It answers how-to questions, raises support tickets with you and replies with your own business figures, such as how much you have spent this month. It is included in all three plans.

Is support provided by people?

Yes. Every query goes to Dijit AI first. If it cannot solve it, it drafts the ticket with you and a member of the team picks it up and replies by email with SLA2: 48 working hours.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes. You upgrade from inside the app, straight away and on a pro-rata basis. To downgrade, you request it and the change applies from the next period. There is no minimum term: you can cancel whenever you like.

What if I need more users or more volume?

Move to the business pricing. It runs from £40 to £500 a month, with more users, more mailboxes and features such as AI matching of delivery notes.

How much does it cost to try Dijit?

Nothing. The free trial lasts 14 days and includes 20 credits. One credit is one page.
