One credit is one page. Dijit reads the whole document line by line, and on a purchase invoice the item list usually carries on across every page, so the allowance is counted in pages rather than in documents. You stay in control of what gets used: before a document is processed you choose which pages to upload, so a long PDF only spends the credits you decide to spend.

Basic (Plan 200 and Plan 500) already covers purchasing in full: delivery notes matched against the invoice, price alerts, agreed supplier prices, purchase orders, projects, sales invoices and sales delivery notes. It is built to digitise your documents and get them into your accounting software, with manual upload, one mailbox and one accounting export. Advanced (Plan 1,000 and Plan 1,500) adds spend management with approval levels, purchase order matching against the delivery note, several mailboxes and Dropbox, several companies or environments in one account, supplier payment due alerts, AI recipe costing and import documents. Pro (Plan 2,500 and Plan 5,000) adds bespoke configuration, the API with your own token, the external product catalogue and priority human support.

Reading with generative AI and pro OCR at 99% accuracy and under 3 seconds a page, full line-item detail, duplicate and credit note detection, review and correction by hand, the correction rules per supplier that you build yourself, delivery notes matched against the invoice, price alerts, purchase orders by email and WhatsApp, projects and cost centres, sales invoices and sales delivery notes, VAT split by rate with withholding tax, the dashboard, the help centre and human support by email. All of it on Microsoft Azure in the EU, GDPR compliant and with TLS 1.3 encryption.

Plan 200 includes 1 user; Plan 500, 3; Plan 1,000, 8; Plan 1,500, 10; and Plan 2,500, 20. Plan 5,000 and the Enterprise plan come with unlimited users.

Yes, every plan connects to its ERP. The monthly connector support fee is the same on all six plans: it depends on the connector you need, not on the tier you buy. The integration itself is quoted once, based on the connector. Many of our integrations are free. In the UK, Dijit connects natively to QuickBooks, Xero, SAP Business One, Business Central and Sage X3, plus a two-way REST API and connectors built on request.

Yes, from the Advanced tier upwards (Plan 1,000 and above). It covers approval workflows with configurable policies, budgets with live spend and pre-approval, tax compliance with VAT recovery, and multi-entity, multi-country, multi-currency work with consolidation. Receipts and invoices arrive already read by the AI, so there is nothing to key in.

Yes. You move up a plan from inside the app, with immediate effect and charged pro rata. To move down, you ask us and the change applies from the next period.

The limit is checked when the document is uploaded. If you run short you can move up a plan straight away or buy extra credit bundles. Duplicates and documents moved between types do not use up your plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

No. Every plan is commitment-free: cancel whenever you like, with no penalty. A commitment only applies to substantial bespoke development.
