How it works

Terms for each partner type

What the partner does, what the client does and how payment works in each case.

Referral partner

The client belongs to Dijit
  • You introduce the client. The client signs up and pays Dijit directly.
  • You earn a commission on what the client pays Dijit.
  • The commission is worked out on what is actually collected, excluding tax, and paid monthly against your invoice.
  • The client counts as yours if you registered them before they contacted Dijit.

Reseller

The client belongs to the partner
  • You sell Dijit's official plans.
  • Dijit invoices you the official price with a partner discount.
  • You set your client's price freely. Dijit publishes a recommended retail price.
  • You pay Dijit monthly in advance. Your clients' plan changes go on the next invoice.

Wholesale partner

The client belongs to the partner
  • You buy a minimum volume of 5,000 credits a month, paid in advance.
  • You share the credits out among your clients, build your packages and set your prices.
  • Credits are monthly: any not used in the month do not carry over.
  • The volume is reviewed every year. If the minimum is not kept, you move to reseller.

One credit is one page and includes full reading of the line items. The financial terms of each partner type are given to each partner in writing.

What Dijit provides

What you get as a Dijit partner

Dijit serves your clients with the same quality as its direct clients.

Technical support for your clients

The same for every user, whether they come direct or through a partner.

Sales material and training

So you can present Dijit to your clients and know the product.

Programme rules

Terms common to all three partner types

Clients, partner obligations, integrations and contract length.

Clients

  • Every new client is registered with Dijit before sign-up. The first partner to register them keeps them.
  • A client who already belongs to Dijit does not move to a partner, unless agreed in writing.
  • Your clients accept Dijit's terms and conditions of use when they sign up.
  • You handle the commercial relationship: price, invoicing, sign-ups and cancellations. You give Dijit your clients' contact details for support.

Partner obligations

  • Do not promise features, timescales or guarantees that Dijit does not offer.
  • Use the Dijit brand only as Dijit instructs.
  • Do not register similar domains or trademarks.
  • Keep the terms and partner prices confidential.

Integrations

  • Depending on the integration, it may be free or have a cost.
  • Integration costs carry no partner discount for any partner type.
  • All connected software is listed under integrations.

Term and exclusivity

  • One-year contract, renewed automatically unless notice is given in writing 60 days in advance.
  • No territorial exclusivity: Dijit may have several partners in the same area.
  • When the contract ends, the client keeps their documents and their access to Dijit.

Partner programme FAQs

Partner types, clients, support and contract.

Who can become a Dijit partner?

Service companies, consultancies, software resellers and accounting firms that want to recommend or sell Dijit to their clients.

What is the difference between referral partner, reseller and wholesale partner?

The referral partner introduces the client and the client signs up with Dijit. The reseller sells Dijit's official plans and invoices its own client. The wholesale partner buys a monthly volume of credits and builds its own packages. In the last two, the client belongs to the partner.

How much does a partner earn?

It depends on the partner type. The financial terms are given to each partner in writing and are confidential. Email us and we will send them to you.

Who supports my clients?

Dijit. It gives the same technical support to every user, whether they come direct or through a partner. You handle the commercial relationship: price, invoicing, sign-ups and cancellations.

Is there exclusivity by area?

No. The programme has no territorial exclusivity. Dijit may have several partners in the same area. Each client belongs to the first partner who registers them.

What happens to my clients if the partner contract ends?

Your commercial relationship with them ends: you stop invoicing them and earning from them. The client keeps their documents and their access to Dijit.

What is a credit?

One credit is one page. It includes full reading of the line items.

Can my clients try Dijit before signing up?

Yes. The free trial lasts 14 days and includes 20 credits.
